When Captain Francesco Schettion

hopped a life boat after the Costa

Concordia hit a rock off the

Tuscany coast, he violated a

sacred maritime tradition: that a

captain should be the last to

leave his ship. But Captain

Francesco chose the wrong a didn’t

go last in Italy he could go to

jail. Although that wouldn’t be

the biggest punishment he would be

getting for a bigger punishment

would know that you could have let

people to die in a boat destined

to hit rock bottom. Lucky for

Francesco no body died.
